Your Memory Kit arrives with everything you need to create an imprint at home, along with step-by-step instructions. Choose to capture either a loved one's fingerprint or your pet's paw print. Once you've made your imprints, simply package the wax pieces and send them back to our studio using the prepaid return shipping label included in your kit. We'll take care of the rest!
No. A prepaid return shipping label is included in your Memory Kit, so you don't need to pay for return postage separately. Simply attach the label to your parcel and send it back.
Please return your kit within approximately 7 working days of receiving it. The prepaid return shipping label expires after this period, so make sure to send your imprints back in time.
Giving the Memory Kit as a gift? No worries if you need a little more time! Please contact us so we can arrange a new return label for you.
You'll receive your Memory Kit first, so you can make your imprints at home. From start to finish, the complete process takes approximately 6–8 weeks, until your finished pendant is returned to you.
Your custom pendant is available in recycled brass, recycled sterling silver, or 9ct gold. You can choose the material that best suits your personal style and the memory you want to preserve.
No, these custom pendants are sold separately. This allows you to pair your keepsake with a necklace you already own or choose a chain that suits your style.
Don't worry! Every Memory Kit includes two pieces of wax, giving you two opportunities to create your chosen imprint. Once we receive your kit, we'll carefully inspect both imprints to determine which one will work best for your finished jewelry.
Your favorite print might not always be the one that captures the finest details. If we believe the other imprint would create a better result for your pendant, we'll contact you before proceeding.
